The mechanic took the time to explain the issue thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated since I don’t know much about cars. They found that it was a minor problem with the brake system that could be easily resolved. Not only was the repair done quickly, but they also took the initiative to check on a few other components for potential issues without me even asking. The cost was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of service I received. If I had to give any constructive feedback, it would be that they could improve their waiting area to make it a bit more comfortable while you wait. I had my car repaired here after an unfortunate breakdown, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service! From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. The repair took a little longer than expected due to waiting on a part, but they kept me updated throughout the process. In the end, my car was fixed perfectly and even ran smoother than before! My only suggestion would be to enhance communication regarding delays, as I would have appreciated a quick call to keep me in the loop. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place for any car issues!
